Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. However, due to the exclusive nature of our accommodations and personalized services, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations made 2 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the arrival are non-refundable.
- No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the total reservation value.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by the hotel. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to your plans.
