Cancellation Policy
For reservations outside of the weeks of Christmas and New Year’s, Guest may cancel this Agreement by giving a minimum of 61 days’ written notice before the date on which the “Rental Period” is to begin. Upon notice, any reservation deposits previously paid by Guest shall be refunded. No deposits may be refunded or transferred if a reservation is cancelled or a change of residence is made within 60 days of the date the Rental Period is to begin. For a Rental Period between Dec 15-January 4, Guest may cancel this Agreement by giving a minimum of 90 days’ written notice before the date on which the Rental Period is to begin. Upon notice, any deposits paid by Guest shall be refunded. For cancellations made within 30-90 days of the date on which the Rental Period is to begin, the reservation deposit of 50% will not be refunded or transferred. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. In the event of no-shows or shortened stays, the total cost of the stay will be assessed.
