- For Classic and Superior room only : Free Cancellation up to 8 days before the arrival
- For Deluxe, Garden Deluxe, Family Room, Junior Suite and all Suites a 20% deposit is required upon confirmation (not refundable) from the booking confirmation up to 8 days before the arrival. Then from 7 days to 0 (arrival day) the cancellation is 100% in penalty
