How It Works
Your dedicated hours are a direct line to Geisel — a Virtuoso-trained advisor who has spent years curating exceptional journeys.
Use your member portal or WhatsApp to schedule a call or video session with Geisel. Sessions can be split across multiple trips or used all at once.
Tell Geisel what you dream for your trip — destinations, budget, travel style, special occasions. The more you share, the more tailored the experience.
Geisel curates your ideal hotels, experiences, and logistics — complete with Virtuoso perks and exclusive benefits that aren't available by booking direct.
Geisel Power is a credentialed Virtuoso advisor with over a decade of travel expertise and deep relationships with hotel general managers worldwide. Every hour you spend with Geisel is an hour working with someone who can open doors most travelers never know exist.

Membership FAQ
After joining, you'll receive a welcome email with instructions to book your first session. You can schedule a call, video call, or WhatsApp conversation with Geisel. Hours can be split across multiple trips or used all at once — whatever works best for your planning needs.
Advisor hours are valid for the full 12-month membership year. Unused hours do not roll over into the following year, so we encourage you to book early and make the most of your membership.
Every Virtuoso Preferred Property booking made through Geisel includes standard amenities: daily breakfast for two, a complimentary room upgrade (subject to availability), a $100 hotel credit, early check-in, late checkout, and a welcome amenity. These perks are exclusive to Virtuoso bookings and cannot be obtained by booking directly with the hotel.
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time. You'll pay the prorated difference and immediately gain access to the higher tier's benefits, including additional advisor hours.
When you refer someone and they complete a hotel booking through Geisel Power Travel, you earn a referral credit based on your membership tier ($25 for Explorer, $50 for Voyager, $100 for Elite). Credits accumulate in your account and can be applied to any future booking. There's no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for annual memberships. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days and haven't used your advisor hours, we'll refund your membership fee in full. Monthly members may cancel at any time.
Membership provides access to the Virtuoso hotel catalog and the associated perks — it does not lock in specific hotel rates, which fluctuate with availability. However, Virtuoso rates are typically at parity with or better than public rates, while also including hundreds of dollars in included amenities that more than offset the membership cost on a single qualifying stay.
